Dutch artist KIA is a singer-songwriter and vocal coach based in New Jersey.
KIA has written and recorded for several productions like the soundtrack of Netflix’s animation movie “Fearless,” Kevin Hart’s Netflix movie “The Man from Toronto,” the movies “dEVIL,” “Manifest Evil,” and “Help! I Shrunk My Friends” (Germany) as well as series “The Madam$, “G’Day USA production “Honoring Liam Hemsworth and Helen Reddy,” and L-Acoustics L-ISA Technology and Fortnite’s immersive audio catalog. Over the last few years, she received the NAMM President’s Innovation Award as well as the Ultimate Music Awards for Best Single-Pop of the Year and Best Female Artist of the Year. She was a top finalist at the IMSTA Songwriting Competition and the UK Songwriting Competition and won an honorable mention at the International Songwriting Competition (ISC). Kia received her undergraduate degree in Vocal Performance with honors from ArtEZ Jazz & Pop Conservatory in Arnhem (The Netherlands). She pursued an academic semester in Songwriting at the Cornel School of Contemporary Music (New Jersey). Some of her previous mentors are Izaline Calister, Michael Indart, Jessica Vautor, Carla Hasset, Abraham Laboriel, Paul de Castro and Oscar Hernandez. In 2020 she received her Master’s Degree at the New Jersey State University in New Jersey for Vocal Performance, where she specialized in Commercial Music. She has been teaching private voice lessons since early 2016 and currently works as a Voice and Songwriting & Production instructor at the New Jersey College of Music. Kia is experienced in teaching students of all ages and backgrounds and is excited to introduce the fun language of music to your children.

Sierra is a Thousand Oak native, a SAG-AFTRA professional singer-songwriter who worked with artists such as Bruno Mars and Adam Levine in 2013’s and 2019’s Super Bowl Halftime Show. She also wrote music for Disney Plus’s new show Proud Family Louder and Prouder. You may have also heard her in Queen Latifah’s “Joyful Noise,” Prudential’s National Commercial, Will Smith’s Seven Pounds, Netflix’s new series “Unstable,” “The Goldbergs,” or her lead vocals in Peacock’s latest release “Praise This” starring Chloe Bailey and many more. Sierra has a bachelor’s degree from UCSB and is CELTA certified Teacher. She has substantial teaching experience and prides herself in her warm and supportive approach! Her initial classical background and industry experience with gospel performances on TV, movies, and commercials makes her the perfect coach for improving your or your child’s singing or piano goals!

Mariana has been teaching singing, piano, and ukulele for about 15 years. She is a professional musician and a performing artist. Mariana holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance from New Jersey State University Summit. The piano is her first instrument and singing is her passion and her main professional focus. She has also been teaching Ukulele for about 3 years up to the intermediate level.

Matthew was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a Moroccan-American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, educator, and professional pianist located in New Jersey, New Jersey. Spending his formative years in Morocco with his Norwegian-American father and his African-American mother before moving to Minneapolis-St. Paul, Matthew fell in love with music as a young boy. Introduced by his supportive musician father to the songwriting of The Beatles, the stage presence and undeniable showmanship of James Brown, and the epic artistry of Michael Jackson, With a natural affinity at age six, Matthew quickly learned piano, and drums, while also excelling at singing, melody, and poetry. Studying at institutions such as McNally Smith College of Music & Berklee College of Music, Matthew enjoyed his first taste of success with the six-piece ensemble, The Common Cassettes, who toured throughout the U.S. with marquee performances in Seattle, Austin, and Rochester, New York. This notoriety landed him at Minneapolis’ largest independent label, Pledge Empire Records, with whom he found himself producing, ghostwriting, composing, and featuring on various songs for groundbreaking Hip-Hop/Rap artists such as Ced Linus, Sti-Lo Reel, Prince Carlton, and Louis P. During this prolific time, he was nominated “Best RnB Artist of the Year” by the Twin Cities Urban Music Awards while also scoring compositions for “Worldwide Star Search” in Chatham, performing with 3x Grammy-Award winners, Jamaica Bennett, and Pippi Ardennia, and collaborating with former NFL Defensive Linemen, Esera Tuaolo for “Hate in Any Form is Wrong,” an event to foster diversity in sports and anti-bullying among youth. In the fall of 2016, Matthew moved to New Jersey to further his songcraft while also pursuing modeling, acting, and audio engineering! Since then, Matthew’s content lead him into working on various projects tied to artists such as Debra Cox, Rihanna, Moto Blanco & NeYo, in addition to working with several organizations such as Universal Studios, Amazon, and Microsoft. Since then Matthew continues to educate and empower his students to continue their passions in music and the arts while perusing his own musical journey.

Amanda is a graduate of New Jersey State University Summit with her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Arts. Under multiple teachers, Amanda has learned Bel Canto and Speech Level techniques which have allowed her to become a versatile performer and teacher. She has performed roles such as Despina from “Cosi fan tutte,” Musetta in “La Boheme,” Annina in “La Traviata,” and Mrs. Greta Fiorentino in “Street Scene.” Amanda made her European debut as Genovieffa in “Suor Angelica,” where she also trained with world-class coaches and teachers. Though her specialty is Opera, she has performed Musical Theater, Jazz, and Pop in various venues and shows. These venues include Sterling’s Upstairs at the Federal, The Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara, and the Madison Civic Arts Plaza. As a teacher, Amanda strives to bring her passion for music into lessons, catering to the needs of each student as a unique individual. No matter their goals, Amanda hopes to help her students achieve their full potential. Her goal as a teacher is to create an environment where the student is happy, learns healthy techniques, and leaves with a positive experience.

Jason is a music producer, pianist, and educator originally from South Florida, in the United States. He graduated from the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Performance and moved to New Orleans, Louisiana to begin his music career as a professional jazz pianist and teacher. Jason has been a piano accompanist on the auditions for American Idol, a production assistant on the set of America’s Got Talent, as well as opening for John Legend back in 2015. After graduating from Berklee with a master’s in Music Production, Technology, and Innovation, Jason is now based in New Jersey, New Jersey where he works on music & music education full-time. Since 2013, has been teaching students essential music fundamentals, instrumental techniques, and the language of music education. His goal as a teacher is to guide students to find their true voice as creatives themselves so they can share their expression of music with others.

Cole Lewis was born in Yuba City, New Jersey. After graduating high school, he made the decision to move to New Jersey and go to college to strengthen his craft. Three years later, Cole graduated with a degree in acting and musical theatre. During college, Cole took extensive training in piano and voice and learned how to compose his own music, and developed more skills in music theory. Ever since his college graduation, he has appeared in musicals, multiple independent films, numerous television shows, and music videos and has found a great sense of joy in teaching.
